A seeker may have great scriptural knowledge at your disposal but may find it difficult to understand it and implement it in daily life because of either the language in which these scriptures are written or because of the complex ideas that they are trying to present.
There are several lectures available by Shri Maharaj Ji (in Hindi) and Didi Ji (in English) on various scriptural topics. The lectures are invaluable as they present deep scriptural knowledge in an easy to understand, practical, logical and interesting manner.

This DVD has two discourses as described below:
The Entity called Guru: In this lecture, Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj explains the significant role played by the Guru in the spiritual progress of the aspiring devotee. Also explained in this most enlightening and interesting lecture are the attributes of a saint and the logical reasons behind surrendering the mind to the Guru. (1 Hr 1 Min)
The Aim of Human Life: In this lecture given in 2006, Shri Maharaj Ji explains the three graces of God which are necessary for attaining the ultimate goal of life. These are: human birth, association with a Guru and intense longing for God. (31 min).

This DVD has a discourse and an explanation of a bhajan as described below:
The Significance of God’s Names: In this lecture, Shri Maharaj Ji sheds light on the importance of Sankeertan (chanting) and why an aspiring devotee must practice it regularly. With abundant scriptural references, the fifth original Jagadguru (Guru of the world) in detail the need for the recitation of God's names, attributes and pastimes. (1 Hr 9 Min)
Dhoosari, Dhoori Bhare Hari Aavat: In this bhajan from Prem Ras Madira, Shri Maharaj Ji describes the beauty of Lord Krishna as He returns home in the evening after grazing the cows all day long. Surrounded by His loving friends, Lord Krishna is walking behind the cows, playing His flute. After explaining the bhajan, Shri Maharaj Ji sings it while accompanying himself on the dholak. (24 Min)
