Laughter also triggers the release of endorphins, the body's natural painkillers, and produces a general sense of well-being. Children laugh easily and often, whereas many adults tend to look very serious and sullen. A typical child laughs more than a hundred times a day; a typical adult may laugh only 4-5 times.
When you have nothing to laugh at, just look in the mirror.
