Memorial Day Retreat

Siddheshvari Devi Ji holds several retreats all over the US and Canada during the year. There have been two that have already been held this year at 'Shyama Shyam Dham' in Milwaukee (March 2019) and 'Shyama Sadan' in Ohio (May 2019 during the Memorial Day weekend). Three others are being planned for the remainder of the year in Toronoto (Aug 2019), Canmore (Sept 2019) and Yugal Kunj (Dec 2019).

Each retreat is special and unique in its own way because of its location, duration, and especially the devotees who plan, execute and attend the retreat.

The retreat at Shyama Sadan is held annually to commemorate Shri Maharaj Ji's visit to Dayton in 2005. Shri Maharaj Ji stayed in devotees' residence which he named 'Shyama Sadan' (Radha Rani's abode). This retreat is unique because it is a silent retreat. The devotees attending the retreat are not supposed to talk to each other about worldly matters. There is plenty of chanting from Prem Ras Madira, discourses by Didi Ji, video pravachan by Shri Maharaj Ji, opportunities for Q&A, and devotional walks.

The whole retreat is planned by Didi Ji in such a way so as to maximize the opportunities to do "Roopdhyan" and for the devotees to make good progress.

The next such silent retreat is being planned for the Memorial Day weekend (May 23-25, 2020). Please send an email to secretary@radhamadhavsociety.org if you have any additional questions.
