There is no denying that life is full of trials and tribulations, but let's not overlook the fact that life is also full of laughter.  Laughter is truly the best medicine.  It makes us feel better immediately.  Don't know what to laugh at?  Humor is all around; just open your eyes and ears.
Seen on a bumper sticker:  All generalizations are false.

The latest headline:  Energizer Bunny arrested; charged with battery.

Visitor :  Where did you get these beautiful eyes?
Child:  They came with the face.

Patient:  Doc, you've got to help me.  I think I am a dog.
Psychiatrist:  How long have you been feeling this way?
Patient:  Ever since I was a puppy.

What did the salt to the pepper?
Hey!  What's shaking?

Research shows that laughter lowers blood pressure, reduces stress hormones and boosts immune function.  Laughter also triggers the release of endorphins, the body's natural painkillers, and produces a general sense of well-being.  Children laugh easily and often, whereas many adults tend to look very serious and sullen.  A typical child laughs more than a hundred times a day; a typical adult may laugh only 4-5 times.

When you have nothing to laugh at, just look in the mirror.

Caught you smiling!

Yours,
